How many ways to pay tolls at WHT?
A: There are three different ways of toll payment including cash, prepaid tickets and autotoll.

A: Please browse the latest toll schedule.
Q: What should I do if I do not have sufficient cash when I am passing through WHT?
A: You will receive a non-payment note issued by WHTCL at the manual toll booth. Please settle the payment as soon as possible at our Administration Building or by cheque.
Q: What should I do if I mistakenly evade the toll after passing through WHT?
A: Please contact our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at 2302 5888 for further arrangement.
Q: How to purchase Prepaid Tickets?
A: Please browse the sales outlet of prepaid tickets.
Q: If I want to settle late payment, prepaid tickets fees or other special charges, is there any corresponding account, ETC or PPS services for settlement?
A: WHTCL does not open any said accounts. You can mail the cheque or pay the charges at our Administration Building if necessary.
Q: If I want to mail a cheque for settlement, what is the address and what should I make the cheque payable to?
A: The address is "Administration Building, Western Harbour Crossing, Yaumatei, Kowloon, Hong Kong". And the cheque should be made payable to "Western Harbour Tunnel Company Limited" or "WHTCL".
Q: What should I pay attention to in the case of toll evasion settlement by cheque?
A: You are advised to write down the vehicle registration number, contact person, contact telephone number, the date, time and direction of your toll evasion case on the back of the cheque.
Q: Can I pay the fees to Autotoll Limited via WHTCL?
A: WHTCL and Autotoll Limited are two individual companies. Therefore, WHTCL cannot collect any payment on behalf of Autotoll Limited.
Q: What should I do if my vehicle breaks down inside the tunnel?
A: You can use the emergency telephones for further assistance. Or you can call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at 2302 5888.
Q: What is the charge for vehicle breaks down recovery service?
A: Please browse the removal and services fees.
Q: What kind of public transports I should take if I want to get to the Administration Building of WHTCL?
A: You may take MTR to Kowloon Station, bus, or taxi to get there.
