Our operation and maintenance teams comprise qualified traffic controllers, traffic supervisors, traffic officers, first aiders, radar speed check certified trainers & operators, spotters on vehicle emitting excessive smoke, FSD trained firefighters, breathing apparatus trainers, qualified crane operators, qualified confined space competent persons and workers, qualified gas welding and flame cutting operators, etc.

To ensure smooth tunnel operations and maintenance, regular in-house training and practical exercises are conducted by competent trainers so that our staff can handle any incidents or accidents effectively and efficiently.

Apart from the in-house skills training, the staff members also participate in diversified training programs conducted by or jointly organized with relevant professional institutes in prevention of bribery, equal opportunity, prescription of safety measures, supervisory and management competencies, stress management, etc.
