The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited, being the General Managers of Western Harbour Tunnel Company Limited, also monitors the operational and financial management of the Company and reports to the Board of Directors the state of the Company's affairs as requested by the Executive Committee or the Board of Directors from time to time.
